Here are some fitness fact, according to a survey nearly 50% of all young people ages 12-21 are not vigorously active on a daily basis. This lead to some serious health hazard and most common of all is obesity. Most of the people find it difficult to hit the gym even once in a week.
Well, you don’t need to go to a fancy gym, spend thousands of bucks for registration, protein supplement and services which you don’t even need. You can achieve basic fitness from some of the basic exercise that you might have done in your school. First thing you need to do is to create a workout plan, set a target and try to achieve it. Workout makes you feel more energized and cheerful, it releases endorphins into the blood which also releases stress. By daily workout you can reduce the chances of having a heart attack and several other diseases by 70 %.
So here listed some of the workout tips for you which you can do at your home and can stay healthy.
If you have a busy schedule and cannot afford to work out daily then do at least thrice in a week, and remain active by walking, cycling. Say no to elevators or escalators and if possible always use stairs.
Start your workout from the very basic exercises like stretching followed by gentle push ups, split squat, bench press and even a plank. You can also do yoga along with it.
